Using a magnetic sensor for counting, and inspired by a wireless doorbell, we have made it possible to transmit data wirelessly, which can be imported into Excel. Additionally, we have installed four buttons that indicate the reasons for stoppages. When the machine stops, operators can press these buttons, allowing us to clearly understand the cause of the stoppage. We are offering free manga materials.
